RallySync Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RallySync ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the RallySync mobile app and related web services.

1) Information we collect

• Account data (such as email and display name)
• Profile and playing preference data
• Match data (matchups, scores, standings, participation)
• In-app chat messages used for match coordination
• Push notification token/device messaging identifier
• Basic technical and diagnostic data for reliability and troubleshooting

2) How we use information

• Authenticate users and maintain accounts
• Run league scheduling, match display, results, and standings
• Enable player-to-player chat and match coordination
• Send operational notifications (for example push alerts, matchup emails, and password reset messages)
• Maintain app security, performance, and reliability

3) Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising.

We use service providers to host and operate the app (for example backend infrastructure, cloud messaging, and platform services). These providers process data on our behalf to deliver app functionality.

4) Children and age guidance

RallySync is intended primarily for tennis club participants aged 13 and older.

Some users may be under 13 (for example junior players). In those cases, use should occur with parent/guardian and club organizer awareness. If you are a parent/guardian and want data related to a minor removed, contact us at admin@matchup.tennis.

5) Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate leagues, provide account features, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

6) Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account in the RallySync mobile app or from Profile on the web. Deletion is permanent. You may also contact admin@matchup.tennis for help.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8) International users

By using RallySync, you understand that information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.

9) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective date above indicates when this version became active. Material updates may also be communicated in-app or through service channels.
